Shipping and Returns

Beadsobling.com guarantees your complete shopping satisfaction. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. If an item you ordered from beadsobling.com does not meet your expectations do write to us and we will happily try to assist you. We are dedicated at beadsobling.com to offer you the best quality in our products and our services. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are here to help remedy those problems. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • The item may be damaged during transit.
  • Or there might be a manufacturing defect.
  • Or that a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.

Damaged or Defective or Wrong Item Received

  • Always email us first if you have a problem at info@beadsobling.com.
  • We take proper care in packing the material. In the extremely unlikely event of a product damage during transit please do let us know within 24hrs by emailing to info@beadsobling.com with a photograph & detail of damaged product.
  • Used merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Before buying if you have any doubt regarding the product specification /color/size etc then plz clarify it, because we take back only the defective/damaged piece(damage occurred during transit).
  • Please follow the Jewelry Care instruction strictly. This will ensure the long life of the product.
  • Never send back an item without consulting with us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
  • Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.
  • Always return your items using registered airmail / courier.
  • Any shipping costs of sending back are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please return within 12 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (please, no worn, used items).
  • We will examine the product you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card/debit card or a gift coupon will be issued, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@beadsobling.com.

Item Availability Failure

In case of multiple goods being ordered, if the delivery is not possible for certain items, customers will be requested to select alternate items or if no alternate selection is desired by customer then she will be promptly refunded against the non-delivered goods.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@beadsobling.com and send your item to: Sugam Park, South Dhadka, Asansol, WB, 713302, India.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sugam Park, South Dhadka,, Asansol, WB, 713302, India. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over Rs. 200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Be Extra Alert when Accepting Parcel from Courier

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.

Color & Description Disclaimer

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values. While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of product. Most of the products sold on our website are handmade and a slight variation in shape, color size is characteristics of these products. The image shown on our website may differ from actual product due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received. beadsobling.com believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered.
